If you like to eat lamb,goat, and, sheep, will you like deer?

I am a former chef from Canada and have had all 3 of the first you mentioned, deer/venison is more like beef, I have cooked wild deer, moose, caribou, musk ox and water buffalo in Asia, Venison/Deer is very lean, so you either fast fry it medium to rare or stew it well well done.If you like to eat lamb,goat, and, sheep, will you like deer?
Goat is very similar to venison. In both, a young female will make the best cuts. Deer tend to taste like what they eat and sometimes can be quite ';gamey';If you like to eat lamb,goat, and, sheep, will you like deer?
Im not sure, but i have heard that goat is very similar in taste to venison *deer meat*
