Question about deer park bottled water?

i've tried to send deer park an email, but it keeps getting rejected. hmm. anyway, looking at a breakdown of the water content, it looked ok, but then right under that info. it stated source could be well water or municipal water. wth? does anyone know the facts about deer park water? thanks!Question about deer park bottled water?
Deer Park water is part of Nestle North America. They have several products. The best known is bottled spring water. That is not what you are asking about. They also sell distilled water and ';drinking water';. The true Deer Park spring water came from Deer Park, Maryland but when demand for bottled spring water became more than that aquifer could supply they took water from other sources and Deer Park became nothing more than a brand name. Nestle did the same thing with Poland Spring. If the bottle says spring water it will contain spring water. You don't know what spring or springs it came from. If it says drinking water it is from a public water source or private well and filtered through activated charcoal to remove any minerals and chemical or chlorine taste. This link goes into more detail.

The well for my house draws from one of the same aquifers that Nestle uses for Poland Spring water so you could say I wash my dishes and flush my toilet with Poland Spring water.Question about deer park bottled water?
I use to live by this brand until it caused my illness.

June 2009 got a whole case that smelt/taste like fish tank water when warm. Was not noticeable cold.

I now have colitis.

When you purchase your bottled water it should list the waters' source on the label. If it says municipal water, you know it is the place listed city water.
lots of bottled water companies are simply putting filtered tap water, well water and other non spring waters in the bottle as long as there is a disclaimer it is okay,,,
