What is a deer's behavioral adaptation?

I have a science worksheet that I have to finish and I need to know a deer's behavioral adaptation. I know what it means it's just, I can't find it and, I don't know either. PLEASE ANSWER ME! FAST!What is a deer's behavioral adaptation?
Depending on what subspecies of deer, like the white-tailed deer, is very fast to avoid predators and will attack a threat as a last resort using their antlers, they are very picky eaters only chosing the plants with the highest nutrientional value but have to eat a lot to store the fat supplies for winter as their coating is not very thick and provides little insulation. Such behaviours changeand is very dependant upon the animals physiology, deer have managed to adapt to human presence and the disturbance produced by vehicles but seem unable to adapt to the potential danger of vehicles and will run across roads to reach a new feeding ground (ex. the amount of deer deaths reported in the new forest due to car collision). They adapt their food source for during the winter to eating moss, bark, twigs and leaves. They communicate using olfactory communication, spraying pheromones, using the urine and faeces of other animals they can determine the physiological state of it. well, i don't have time to go into to much detail on that but if you go to the ';source '; website then a lot of useful information is on there. What is a deer's behavioral adaptation?
A dears complete watchfulness in the forest, could be considered a behavioral adaption. Stags competing for mates could be another.
